Header Meta Title and Description – home page

Hi I have found it easy to have the header meta title and description display on pages, except index.php. example is not displaying Header Meta title and descriptions http://www.stradbrokebeachhouse.com.au/index.php However http://www.stradbrokebeachhouse.com.au/attractions-activities-of-north-stradbroke-island/ is displaying Header Meta title and descriptions Please advise how this is activated on the home page, thank you.
