Header menu background, color, size change

Hi! I would like to change how menu appears at the top of the page. First of all I would like to remove the black background and have no background at all (transparent). How can the background of the top menu be changes to transparent? How can the size and color of the menu's don't changed? http://a.gaalzoltan.hu Thanks ! Tamas
