Header menu

I just bought Full frame pro and I thought I would manage the menu on the right site of the header. I want another icon for that menu, my own icon/logo. Is that possible? And how to arrange that? Or can I just remove this menu? So it also not showing up beneath the header. I'm a newby and my English is not so good, sorry for that.
