Header Media Title/Text/Link not appearing

Clean Fotografie displayed them fine. I upgraded to the pro version, and they disappeared. I tried "reset all settings" and they still do not appear. Checked the HTML and the div is missing for header media title/text/link. If I switch back to the free version, it works fine. Help?
