Header Media not displaying fully

On one of my customers websites PaulDicksonBooks.co.uk I have used an image 1920 x 822 as stipulated in the theme instructions. Unfortunately it cuts off part of the image to the left, right and bottom. I am already using the following CSS code to help it display correctly. Any ideas?
