Header Media Logo

Hi, I am having problems with my Header Media Logo. When I add the logo and select the 'Homepage / Frontpage' the logo doesn't show but when I select 'Entire site' it shows. How do I fix this? Also, Ideally, my aim is to have the background image on all pages of my webiste but not the header logo as it doesn't look right - is this possible? Webiste URL - https://thomathyentertainment.co.uk/
