Header media – entire front page

Hello i'd like my header media (photo) to be on the entire front page. (i've disabled the scroll as i just want an image for front page). and the footer woulb be immediately after the image. atm after the headre there is a white space and then the footer follows. this is my website www.rafaeltsantes.com cheers
