Header Media and Latest Post Remove space, And Header Media Slider

Good Evening,   please could you assist me, I would like to remove the space under the Header Media and where my Content starts, I am using latest post instead of the static page option, and I really dont like how much space there is between the header media and my content.   Also I would like my header media to rotate with different images, how would i achieve this? Thanks a million
