Header lost it's measures

Hi, I was just updating my Catch Box theme at the dashboard. Now suddenly my header looks very strange. I had my own "logo" in the header measuring 300x30 pixels. The header area had a margin around the logo of I'd guess about 60 pixels. Now, as I have updated the theme, the margin disappeared. What went wrong? Another strange detail. If I go to CSS Stylesheet Editor and press "Preview" without changing anything, it seems normal in the preview. But in the live version it still looks strange. Can you guys help me?
