Header Logo

Why I can't place more the header logo? It is no more option available in the newer version. Ok if I update, the logo is placed. But if I want change the logo is not possible because I have no options more. Same if I install a new Blog with this theme, there is no place more to set a logo in the header. Thanks for a answer.
