Header images not “radomizing”

I purchased Izabel Pro Premium eCommerce and wanted the have multiple images change out of the header. The thumbnail in the template shows this template should do this with the arrows to the left and right of the image and the "dots" indicating multiple images at the bottom of the header. I uploaded (4) images and clicked the "randomize uploaded headers" button, but still I have a single static photo that does not change out. HELP PLEASE. Thank you!
