header images missing on one page

Hi, I'm using Kathmandu pro on my site www.esmats.eu/esmats2017. I've just added a page http://www.esmats.eu/esmats2017/home/register-and-pay/ and the header image is missing from this page. It is visible on all the other pages on the site.
