Header Image Resizing

I am using only an image in my header.  It displays properly in IE and on mobile, but on Chrome and Firefox it displays small like a mobile image. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also, I am currently using the free template; what do I get for the PRO version that is not in the free one? www.onedivinenation.org Thanks!
