Header Image on Home Page not correct

Hi. I'm having an issue with the header images on this theme. I have it set to show a header image on the entire site - unique header image on each post/page using the featured image and generic header image on the homepage and archive pages. However, the header image on the homepage is the one from the latest post rather than the one I have uploaded. Also the archive pages show no header image at all.
