Header image height is messed up

I installed Catch Adaptive for a new site and, for some reason, the height of the header image is just a sliver of what it should be. I have tried it with all of my plugins disabled, I have deleted and re-uploaded the graphic I am wanting to use, I have removed and re-installed the theme twice and have tried the header image included with the theme. Nothing changes this. I have not made any changes to the theme through the editor. Is this a known problem or do you have any idea what could be causing this?
