Header Image cutting off

Thank you for this wonderful parallax theme. I am a novice and have found this theme, even the free version, to be very user friendly. I have tried the recommended size of 1920 x 1080 for my featured image and I have resized the image as small as 1680 x 720 and the image continue to cut off. I am at a loss on how to fix this. Please help.
