Header Image and Social Icons

Hi Catch Themes, I want to get rid of some of the white space between my top menu & Header Image. It appears the social icons are blocking me from bringing the Header Image up. I've already set the top and bottom margins to 0%. Is there a way to bring the Header Image closer to the top of the page? My URL is www.allinmom.com THanks!
