Header height (can't remove the white space at the bottom)

Hi I build my site in catch box and now I upgraded to pro :) http://www.rosh-ir.co.il/ I wanted to include imagemap on the logo so... (1) I've disable the logo and site name in the header. (2) I've added a text/html widget to the "Header Top Sidebar" with the code. What's the problem? I have padding below the logo and I can't remove it. I would appreciate to get some help on that.
