Hard line break after images

Is there a way to force a line break that moves text below the last image in a group and keeps it there? Right now I'm using multiple returns to try to get it where it belongs, but, obviously, it changes depending on the screen size. (This is my work-around for not being able to link images in a gallery to individual URLs. Maybe there's a better way to do it that would solve this problem, but I haven't found it.
