H1 tag of Jamsom theme

Hello. Thank you for reading this message. I have problem for using Jamsom theme. Generally, the page or post title is set h1 tag for SEO reason. However, it seems that this template's page or post title is set as h2 tag. We have 2 question. 1.How can I change the template to set all page or post title as h1 tag? 2.If page or post is h2, where is h1 tag on this theme? * It seems that site title is not h1.
