Gridalicious Pro – No Live Preview

Uploaded and installed Gridalicious Pro, but when I click Live Preview I get a gray screen. My site is up and running with another theme. I can live preview other themes. I have tried deleting Gridalicious Pro, and reinstalling with a fresh download from Catch Themes, still get gray screen.
