Grayscale to color look on testimonials

I want to be able to put three testimonials side by side like this example. http://www.bridalbliss.com/portfolio how would I be able to do that. And also at 8:40 in this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EXWjMswCuf8&feature=youtu.be when they hover over the photo, I would want something similar but instead of all that writing, I would want the names of the couple. For example, on my website, I had to change the DNS settings so you will not be able to see the website. I would want to hover over the picture and it shows "Neena & Denny https://imgur.com/a/fTkhc0q
