gap between page and header right menu

Hi, On the url hagmeijer.nl you can see (menu item kaart) that there is a gap between the beginning of the page and the header right menu. Is it possible to make this gap smaller? I have searched in the help forum, but I could not find it. Kind regards Hans Hagmeijer.
