Gallery and other features

Hi, I cannot manage to get what I want and what is displayed on the Live Demo of Bold Photography Pro. The gallery function is quite awkward and I cannot set it up the way I want. The "enable on" option like with Gallery appear on every page of the website as I cannot choose the individual page even if I check the page I want. So gallery is not set the way I want and it appears on each page, what's is that ? Moreover, the contact form is impossible to get the same as the live demo even with the WP Form plugin. So why have I paid more than 50$ for this pro version ? What's more ? The video integration feature is also unable to accept my Vimeo link, so what is that ? I was thinking the paying 50$ for this pro version would have helped me but it's no the case at all, so do something to explain me the way it works as your FAQ page is obsolete to my opinion !
