FullFrame ProTheme Update not Available

Trying to update to Version 3.1 as it is shown to be available, but when I try I get this message: An error occurred while updating Full Frame Pro: Update package not available. I wanted to updated as I cannot figure out issues with my Featured Content (see previous post) and wanted to see if this solved it.
