full width slider – as wide as the page box

Hello! I would like to put a full width slider into some of my pages. I tried many defferent plugins, but one Problem always appears: with the normal slider settings on full width the slider is just as wide as the column of writing. But i would like it to be as wide as the full page box. If I make the slider plugins force full width, the slider is as wide as the screen, which makes the left an d right parts of disappear outside the box, so the arrows to slide the slider are cut off. Site layout is set boxed, which I would like to keep as it is.
