Full Text Post

Is it possible to set/show posts this way: The latest post with full text and others excerpt? Besides, as there is no check box in Excerpt options, I don't even know how to show full text on my Homepage (Selecting 'show full text for each article in a feed' in Settings=>Reading doesn't help!)... Please help! Regards,
