Full Frame WP

Hi we were working to get the Theme Full Frame Free edition, prior to getting the Full Addition and then part of its editing areas disappeared. Vanished. The "Features" area cannot be edited and the "Header" cannot be edited. We tried to install it again and it doesn't seem to do that at all. Not yet familiar with WP and its Themes setting. We like it as a main theme, but now we are stuck with time into it and we don't want to give up on it yet. Any ideas? Help. Thank you Robyn
