Front Page Title

Hi, I hope i'm not being stupid but i've installed the theme and set the home page as a static page. The problem I have is that the title pf the page is included in the page layout. So now it says 'landing page' right across the home page. I've looked in the settings but can't find a way to turn it off or do i need to use custom CSS? I can use: .page .entry-title { display: none; } But hiding the page title on this page seems so obvious i feel sure there is an option somewhere. regards
