Front Page – Mobile Phone (not tablet) issue

My most recent post did not show up today in the front page of the website. All the other posts are there, but the one from this morning is not. Is on the tablet and computer version. I can go directly to it by typing in the link, and it can be found at the bottom of previous posts under 'recent posts'. Just note on the front page of the site? Is this a setting issue? or what do I need to do to correct this? The Post Thank you for your help,
