Framework in the team section

Hi In the Team section, there is a frame around the team members that can be changed in color. Can you adjust this Rahman so that the background shines through or even omitted entirely? Can the sizes and positions of the team frames be changed? Is it possible to add a graphic (logo) instead of the intended button? https://www.speiser-beschriftungen.ch Many thanks for your help.
