Fotografie Font – Darken the font in the body of the posts

I use the Fotografie Theme. I love it except the font in the body of the posts is so very light it is hard to read; hard on the eyes. How do you darken the font in the body of the posts so that it is easier to read? Please help. Thank you, kindly.
