Fotografie theme not picking up featured image thumbnail on posts page

How do I edit the cropped photo that appears on my "Posts" page? In the post editor, I've set a featured image and adjusted the thumbnail of it. Yet when I load the main page, it's not showing the part of the photo that I want. I've gone into the "Select Featured Image" box and cropped the image, selecting "Apply only to thumbnail", but it will not update on the list of blog posts. This hasn't been a huge problem because it normally does a decent job of auto-selecting part of the image, but this time it's cutting out everything that the image should be. Website examples.
