Formatting of Post

Hello and thanks for the great free theme. My question is: Is it possible to retain the formatting of a post (bold, italics, spacing, bullets etc) on the front page? When an individual post is clicked on, the formatting shows up fine, but on the front page, everything gets crammed into one block of unformatted text. Thanks in advance. Here's an example: http://www.rwpinc.org/blogs/grade7/ If you click the first post, it looks a lot different on its individual post page once clicked. Thank you.
