Form Issues

I'm trying to relaunch AmericanPowerINS.com in your template at AmericanPowerINS.com/new/ but I'm having trouble getting the image of the lady on the phone behind the form. Also, the gap between the left sidebar and the main content is about 3 times wider than I would like it. Please help. Thanks
