Footer text change

I have a website I'm working on that has the following. Copyright © 2017 Ringside Cafe Downtown. All Rights Reserved | Rock Star by Catch Themes I would like to add text and modify font to this because there needs to be another copyright mentioned. I don't want to change anything else and I'm not interested in removing "All Rights Reserved | Rock Star by Catch Themes" Is there a way to do this?
