footer just one line like in the demo

Hello, IN the demo: the menu en the social menu in the footer are fine on one line. I placed the social menu in the footer and the contact data. What I should like is that these items are in the footer just on one line as beautiful as in the demo. Is there a solution for? Kind regards Hans Hagmeijer
