Footer in Catch Evolution

Does the "free" version of Catch Evolution have a Footer area (bottom of page)? Can I place images in the footer with a link to an external website? If the free version doesn't have this, then does the Pro version? Actually, I would like to place a "table" in the footer with images in the cells...and have the images link to the external URL. The "table" is only to make the rows and columns line up nicely. If there is a better way to do with in Evolution, please let me know. Thanks.
