Footer for Mobile

Hi, I love this theme so much but I noticed that there's an error with the footer displaying on mobile. I went to menu options-clicked "enable footer for mobile" and I noticed that it goes away when you x out of that. I need the footer to show on mobile for legal reasons. How can this be fixed? thank you.
