Footer columns width and font

Hi there, is it possible to amend the width of the 3 columns in the footer? Instead of having them all the same size I would like to have like a 2:3:2 ratio if you know what I mean. Also is it possible to have the text in a "text" widget to show in italics? my website if needed is: http://wanderlust-effect.com/ Cheers Erica
