Footer columns and responsive design

Hi, Building a website with e-commerce pro, I use the 4 footer areas. They come in 4 columns, everything OK with a wide screen. Here is the temporary link for the website in construction: http://velasyfaroles.softcode.es/ Trying the responsive design, with a narrow screen I would expect to see the 4 areas one above the other, but the stay aligned horizontally. They get so narrow that it's quite difficult to read the content. Is it possible to fit it ? Also if i change the footer color options, I have a color bug with screen under 685px I think. But this bug I saw it in local, the version on the server has the default colors, so you cannot see it right now. Thanks a lot for your help!
