Food Menu

Hi everone! I am setting up a Website with Catch Foodmania Pro, it is a really great Theme. Now I would like to use the Food Menu with the "Essential Content Types Pro" (Custom Post Type). Is it possible to only display one column and set it to 50% width of the Website? Furthermore I would like to place it on the left side, and testimonials on the right (also 50% width). Thanks for your help!
