Font Size Inconsistent

Hi, I just purchased the premium catch everest pro Order: #9624 but having some issues. 1. Inconsistent font sizes With the responsive design turned off (I don't want it turned on), some of the pages show different font sizes when viewing it on my mobile chrome or firefox. www.xpyouth.org under menu (SUMMER RETREAT 2013) RETREAT INFO - shows larger font LIA & MED RELEASE FORM - shows smaller font How can I make this consistent on all pages? 2. Header top and bottom margin for the logo (logo size is 300x125) is too much (would like to make the white spaces below and above logo smaller). How can I adjust to be smaller?
