Font Roboto Slab in Internet Explorer and Edge not working for russian text

In Google Chrome, Chromium, Opera and Firefox all ok. In Internet Explorer and Edge text in English looks right, but the text in the Russian language like Times New Roman. an example can be found here: http://bryansk.biz
