Font Color is wrong

Hello, I have my font white and the background black and it is correct most places but on other pages besides the Home Page, the Title and Menu font is black unless I hover over it in which case, it is green. I was able to change that to white so when I hover over it, it is now white but I cannot get the font in the Menu or the Title to remain white at all times. Can you help, please? Thank you! Ann
