Flags in header

Hi, I would like to place polylang flags in the Catch responsive header. Based on Polylang instruction I should place this code in the header:

<?php pll_the_languages(array('show_flags'=>1,'show_names'=>0));?>

but I don´t really want to break the layout + I don´t know if it remains in the same place after template update. thanks for help, Petr
