Fixed topics in the featured content.

Hi there! I create a blog that covers 4 topics. I want them arrenged topic A to D in featured content. I always want the latest Ive written about in the main topic A into place A (left). And if I write something about topic D I want the latest in that topic into place D (right) and so on. Now, the latest text always puts to the left and walking to the right after which new texts are added. In the same time, I would like a heading over all main topics-slots in the featured content space. I hope you understand what I menan. My english is quite "out of tune" ;) Regards Jakob
