Fixed (sticky) sidebar widgets

Hello (again)! I'd like to make my sidebar widget sticky. I've tried a couple of plugins for this, and they work properly about 80% of the time. Sometimes they jump up and down the page. Is there some code I can implement instead of using a plugin? Thanks.
