First post per page not showing as excerpts

The 1st post on all posts pages are showing full content, and not as excerpts. They also show 'blog' as their title instead of the actual title. https://livingskywildliferehabilitation.org/news-and-updates/ https://livingskywildliferehabilitation.org/news-and-updates/page/2/ https://livingskywildliferehabilitation.org/news-and-updates/page/5/ Page 3 is different for some reason and is not showing full, but displays 'blog' as the title. You can see the others below the 1st one all appearing correctly as excerpts (I don't have a feature image for all yet, but that's not the problem.) AND I would like a sidebar on these pages, as explained in the previous ticket.
