Featured Slider Text and Link

Hi, Love the theme. 3 Questions 1.) How can I tell the text I am using in the featured image slider, where to go? Say I wanted it justified right, etc. 2.) How can I make the whole picture a link? If I don't have an excerpt, but I wanted the viewer to be able to click through? 3.) How do I get rid of the weird link that popped up?  On top of the image in the slider this appeared and I can't get rid of it: " href="http:// (the link I posted) ">   Thanks! Jeff
